  20. To a degree, but the quality is absolutely garbage. Although I recognize 
  21. the importance of a low end Amiga, filling it with sub-standard crap 
  22. isn't the solution (IMHO). Especially since it would reflect directly on 
  23. the Amiga - not some 'stupid dealer' or 'stupid multimedia company' - at 
  24. least the blame can be redirected in the clone industry.

  26. I've used and installed many of those cheap IDE CD-ROM drives and they 
  27. work and feel like toys. You'll be paying close to the same price for a 
  28. *quality* unit.
